Cameron is a personal injury attorney who has dedicated his career to advocating for those who have been wronged. At Good Guys Injury Law, Cameron handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including vehicular accidents involving automobiles, commercial trucks, and motorcycles, as well as wrongful death, premises liability, slip and falls, and other catastrophic injury cases. Cameron handles every aspect of an injury case from pre-litigation through trial, and many clients want to know if Cameron would be the attorney litigating their case—the answer is yes!
A Utah native, graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2012, where he competed on the school’s trial advocacy program. His passion for trial work and helping those who have been injured solidified from the beginning of his career.
Following graduation, Cameron served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michele M. Christiansen Forster at the Utah Court of Appeals, where he developed expertise in legal research and appellate strategy and drafting. Early in his career, he also worked on medical malpractice and tort liability cases, gaining firsthand experience representing injury victims.
Cameron then spent five years as in-house corporate counsel at a Lehi-based company. There, he honed his skills in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution across diverse legal matters—experience that now benefits his personal injury clients in settlement negotiations and understanding complex insurance and liability issues.
In 2020, Cameron fulfilled his long-held goal of becoming a federal prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah. As an Assistant United States Attorney, he successfully tried cases to verdict and handled all stages of criminal prosecutions, developing extensive courtroom experience in jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and motion practice. This courtroom experience translates directly to his personal injury practice, where he is unafraid to litigate cases and, if necessary, ultimately take them to trial when insurance companies refuse to offer fair compensation. As an AUSA, Cameron also worked as the Veterans Court representative and liaison to the Utah VA, which provided him the honor of serving those who have served our country.
Cameron’s unique background—combining appellate understanding, corporate counsel experience, and federal trial work—gives him a comprehensive perspective on litigation strategy and case development. He understands what it takes to win at trial and uses that knowledge to aggressively pursue just and fair resolutions for his clients. He is passionate about using his skills to fight for justice on behalf of injury victims and strives to help them understand the legal process while providing top-notch communication every step of the way.
Cameron lives in Lehi with his wife Katie and their three children. He’s proud to be a Utah native and will forever call Utah home.
