Ken L. Christensen is the founder of Good Guys Injury Law. A Utah personal injury and car accident attorney, he built his career and his firm on a simple idea: that ordinary people deserve a genuine advocate when they go up against insurance companies after a crash. His firm's clients describe them as the "good guys," a reputation earned case by case across Utah.
He grew up in Draper, Utah, earned his bachelor's degree from Purdue University, and his law degree from California Western School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both Utah and Idaho, as well as the federal district courts for each state. His peers elected him past president of the Utah Association for Justice, and the recognition has not stopped: named to the U.S. News Best Lawyers list eight years running from 2018 through 2025, a Super Lawyers Rising Star five years running, the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and Top 100, a Utah Association for Justice Rising Star, and a feature in Newsweek.
"We see more than just your accident, we see you."
Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Christensen has written three handbooks to help Utah accident victims understand their rights, including guides on bicycle accidents and dog bites and "The 7 Biggest Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Utah Accident Case." He has shared accident-safety guidance on KSL 5's Studio 5, FOX 13, and ABC 4's Good Things Utah. A Draper native, husband, and father of four, he is a cyclist and outdoorsman who brings the same steadiness to his cases that he brings to his family.
