Mike’s Accident

While stopped at a light in East Salt Lake, Mike looked into his rear-view mirror and saw a car approaching fast. He put his arms on the wheel, bracing himself for the impact. The impact came. Mike had just been hit by a drunk driver. As a result of the accident, Mike suffered damage to the tendons and nerves in his right arm as well as damage to his right elbow, left wrist, and left thumb. Though he initially tried to treat his injuries conservatively with physical therapy, surgery became inevitable. Mike’s medical bills began piling up. He was no longer able to work or do simple activities he took for granted before. He needed help.
