Randall’s Story
Great Reviews and People You Can Trust “One of my good friends suggested Ken Christensen–worked with him, loved him. The inner scientist in me did a little more research, and I saw nothing but great reviews…I sat down with Ken and immediately I felt relief. I felt like I could trust him.”
Randall was riding in the front passenger seat of his friend’s car when they were rear-ended by the car behind them. They were propelled into the car in front of them, and then T-boned by cars on from both sides. Randall’s friend’s car was pushed into the median and the accident grew into an eight-car pileup. In all the chaos, no one was able to determine who had rear-ended the car Randall was in. Randall lost consciousness at the scene and sustained serious injuries to his eye and head. Before the accident, Randall had enjoyed mountain biking, cycling, and rock climbing. After the accident, Randall was not able to do any of this because of injuries he sustained to his wrist, eyes, neck, and back. Randall had injured his hand prior to the accident, but required wrist surgery as a result of the injuries from the car crash. Randall also had to undergo surgery to repair damage to his eyes, because had been suffering from severe migraine headaches and double vision since the accident. We were happy to represent Randall and make sure that he got the treatment that he needed so that he could return to work, and return to his life. The insurance company tried to prove that Randall’s friend was at fault for the accident through the original police report that stated that Randall’s friend lost control of his car and hit the median. However, we were able to find witnesses that testified that Randall’s friend was rear-ended, and not at fault. In the end, we were able to obtain for Randall $125,000, which covered all of his medical expenses and helped Randall to get back to the life that he loved.
Positive Reviews and a Personal Meeting
“My name’s Randall Ferguson. I am a scientist. I’m a biker, I’m a climber, I love to ski… I’m an active person. “The date of my accident was March 26th of 2013. A freak snowstorm plagued our valley. I was returning from a Westminster Alumni event with some friends and a car came up behind us going too fast for the weather conditions. It struck us from behind very hard–pushing us into traffic. We were T-boned on both sides, spun into the medium, and the next thing I knew I woke up in the Emergency Room with my eye bandaged up. “I was very stressed. My first thought went to my work. Any absence for me can often affect my company and the projects I’m working on. So I decided to go forward and get the surgeries. Within a couple of days, I had the implant put in my eye to keep my eye from sinking back into my sinus. Quite painful. Very, very painful.
One of my good friends suggested Ken Christensen–worked with him, loved him. “The inner scientist in my did a little more research, and I saw nothing but great reviews. All over–not just Google–but general views on Yelp and things of that nature, so I gave the Law Office a call that day and they had me in as soon as humanly possible. “I sat down with Ken and immediately I felt relief. I felt like I could trust him, and that he was fully open with me–I didn’t have to think about it. They took care of all the bills, all of the filing. They got me to the right doctors to help me out subsequent to my surgeries. They called and checked up on me constantly. I will, and I truly mean this, recommend them to anyone for anything. I have loved my experience here and I am very grateful and I feel very blessed to have stumbled into this Law Firm [Good Guys Injury Law].”
