KeriLynn’s Story

Masterful Work in Procuring Settlements
“We have used Good Guys Injury Law for two separate legal matters and both times we were very impressed with the service we were provided. The attention to our case was very professional and yet we felt we also received personal consideration with regard to the emotional nature of enduring settlement procedures.

Our questions and phone calls were always responded to quickly and thoughtfully. Kenneth was masterful at procuring a successful settlement and took the time to make sure procedures were followed carefully and thoroughly so we were fully prepared to present our claim. We would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family. Our second experience with them was just as amazing as the first.”

American Fork Unlicensed Driver Accident

Whomever is behind the wheel is required to obtain a license that represents they have been educated on the laws of the road, as well as how to operate a vehicle. However, this is not always the case and sometimes an unlicensed driver accident occurs. This means that the person at fault has not completed all the mandatory steps to be a driver. When an unlicensed accident happens, the victim is still able to receive compensation. It does not change however, the tedious process with the insurance companies.

KeriLynn’s Accident

Before being involved in unlicensed driver accident in American Fork, KeriLynn was very active. A mother of six, she loved jogging in the mornings and working out an a daily basis. In addition, she worked as the director of a children’s choir. KeriLynn was driving on State Road 89 when she was rear-ended by an unlicensed, inexperienced driver traveling at 40 mph. Because of the collision, KeriLynn injured her head, neck, back and shoulders, injuries that required hours of physical therapy.

After the unlicensed driver accident, KeriLynn was unable to care for her children like she had in the past. She especially had difficulty taking care of her newborn due to the sharp pain she felt in her left shoulder every time she held her baby. On top of everything else, her medical bills were piling up and she didn’t know what to do. Though we couldn’t help KeriLynn with every step of her recovery, we could help her manage her medical expenses while she received the care she needed.

In addition, we saved KeriLynn from the headache of negotiating with the insurance company. We are grateful for the opportunity we had to get to know KeriLynn and her family. They have become good friends, and we were glad to have done what we could to help KeriLynn get back on her feet and care for her family once again. In the end, we received a $40,500 settlement for KeriLynn.
