Megan T’s Accident
While traveling down Redwood Road, Megan was suddenly cut off by another driver turning left, causing her to swerve and crash. As a result of the accident, Megan’s car was totaled and she developed intense chronic back and neck pain as well as headaches. The pain Megan experienced limited her ability to bend, move, or even sit for long periods of time. Soon, the pain drove her to seek medical help, and Megan had to undergo nearly a year of continuous treatment. Though her pain began to ease, Megan began to become overwhelmed by the mounting bills–both for transportation and her medical expenses. She was having difficulties with the other driver’s insurance company and needed legal representation. That’s when we stepped in.
