Michelle’s Accident

After being rear-ended on State Street in Orem, Michelle sustained injuries to her head, neck, back, and shoulders resulting in chronic neck and back pain. The pain was so intense and pervasive, in fact, that Michelle began experiencing chronic jaw pain and severe headaches that caused ringing in her ears. In an effort to avoid paying the full amount due to Michelle, the other driver’s insurance company classified the collision as “low velocity,” despite the fact that the other car was totaled in the collision. Michelle was scared, confused, and in pain. She was unable to enjoy the same quality of life she had before the accident.
