Nancy’s Accident

As a result of a car accident caused by another driver, Nancy suffered injuries to her head, neck, back, and shoulders. This left Nancy with chronic neck and back pain as well as severe headaches that diminished her quality of life. Before the accident, Nancy was healthy and enjoyed an active lifestyle. But afterwards, she experienced limited neck movement and wasn’t able to enjoy the same activities she used to. She had thousands of dollars of medical bills and, to add to the stress, she kept receiving harassing calls from the insurance company. The other driver’s insurance company was giving her the same old run around; they were trying to get her to settle quickly and accept a settlement far below the cost of her medical expenses. That’s when Nancy called us. We were able to handle all of the negotiations with the other driver’s insurance company so Nancy could recover without worrying about being taken advantage of. In the end, we were able to reach a settlement which helped Nancy pay off her medical expenses, get money for pain and suffering, and move on with her life.
