If we do not believe that you have a strong personal injury case, we will be honest and let you know this upfront. It is our job to help you receive your financial benefits, not to take advantage of you and take your money. All of our attorneys work on a No Fee Guarantee, which means you will not owe us any money unless we win your case. We believe in the No Fee Guarantee because it allows virtually everyone to hire the best lawyers possible, evening the playing field for those who have been injured in accidents.
- Convenient Consultations: The main Good Guys Injury Law office is located in Draper on 11600 S., and we also have office locations in Orem and Bountiful. We hope that our three locations allow more Utah residents the opportunity to meet with our staff. If, however, you are unable to visit one of our offices, we will come to you! We are happy to meet with prospective clients via the Internet or over the phone, and we will even come to your home or visit injured individuals in the hospital. At Christensen & Hymas, we refuse to let any limitations stop us from visiting with those who need our help. - Upfront Costs Covered: As part of our No Fee Guarantee, we promise to never charge you a cent until after you have won your personal injury case. There will be several upfront costs incurred while we process your claim, including gathering evidence, obtaining medical reports, and obtaining police reports. If you choose to fight for financial compensation on your own and without the help of an attorney, it will be your responsibility to bear all these costs upfront. At Good Guys Injury Law, we will cover all these costs for you while your case is being processed and will not charge you until you have received your settlement payment. If you win your case, the total sum of your attorney’s fees will be 1/3 of your settlement payment. If your case goes to trial, your legal fees will then increase to 40% of your settlement payment. If your case requires additional costs, such as expert witnesses, we will do everything in our power to keep these costs to a minimum.
- Help With Payments: After you have been injured in an accident, you will likely require moderate to extensive medical treatment in order to return to health. Medical care can be extremely expensive, and worrying about medical bills can add to your stress and injury. We want to help make the payment process run as smoothly as possible. Our legal team will help ensure you are able to cover all necessary costs through a combination of Personal Injury Protection (PIP), also known as “No Fault” coverage, and your own health insurance. If you do not have insurance, we will try to set up a lien with your doctors. This lien will allow you to pay your medical bills in full with your settlement payment once you have won your case.
