Morgan Lyons

Morgan received his bachelor’s degree in English Language and Linguistics from BYU, graduating magna cum laude before moving east to attend the prestigious University of Virginia School of Law.

Upon graduation, Morgan began his career as a criminal prosecutor in Colorado, quickly amassing more than twenty misdemeanor and felony jury trials.

In 2017, his father-in-law was cycling cross-country when he was hit and killed by a careless driver. As Morgan watched the driver’s insurance company try to shift the blame and avoid taking responsibility for their insured’s actions, he decided to spend the remainder of his career helping people and their families who had been seriously injured by the negligence of others.

Since joining Christensen & Hymas in 2019, he has already recovered millions of dollars for clients injured in car accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bites and premises liability cases.
